They'll also send you monthly statements showing payments made on your behalf and deal with any communication from your creditors.

If you acquire a lump sum of money whilst in your Debt Management Programme and wish to clear your debts in full, we can negotiate proposals that offer your creditors a reduced amount to settle the debts
